William (Tobey) Horn, MD
Biographical Information
Dr. Horn, a full time inpatient psychiatrist, joined UVM Health Network in 2013. He has a special interest in mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders.
Dr. Horn believes that mutual trust and respect are paramount in the doctor-patient relationship, and he strives to help patients set goals and choose the best treatment options to reach these goals
As assistant professor at the Larner College of Medicine at UVM, Dr. Horn is actively involved in medical education
